When I read Margaret's post I was filled with a towering rage for the
injustice of Amazon's actions, for their blatant disregard for the
rights of individuals to express their views but at the same time I
was overcome by an overwhelming sense of apathy and laissez-faire.
It is with somewhat mixed emotion that I find myself expressing a
deep, heartfelt <yawn>

Thank you for bringing this matter to the attention of the beehive of
activity and industry that is alt.books.iain-banks. I am pretty sure
one of the gentler abi-b readers will be along soon to give their
comments.
