Hello, everybody! Would you please help me decipher the words in the
subject line
They appear in "Gerhardt von Goll Becomes Sodium Amytal Freak!"
section, page 760 in my edition (Penguin Great Books of the 20th
Century). I would be very grateful since I am evaluating the Czech
translation of the book and I have to make a stance on this little
passage before I utter the final verdict.
