btw, i'm not going to argue with them, because then they might force me and
others like me to pay for service contracts without newsgroup (or
internet)
access. how about one of you folks who are lawyers starting a class action
lawsuit for all Verizon customers who have had their services cut without
legal grounds other than whim and bandwidth saving while leaving the same
access for their business customers.

obviously the news admin at verizon is out of bounds, so is the management
for providing different tiers of service without adequate notice (i.e.
enough time for most of us to get out of our service contracts.).
